Bern sizing

Im looking at buying the Bern Macon off the net but was unsure about sizing. Anyone had any experience with Bern? Ive seen the sizes Bern give out in cm but any comparison with Red helmets which i fit medium would be appreciated.

oh, if you have a lid now, there should be a sticker in it now that says what size head it fits in inches and cms. refer to that and then look on the website for thier sizing.
