On top of the widows watch in this old mansion in castine maine where theres barely any light pollution so you can see like the milky way and all that shit. it was so rad.

no one will probly believe this, but what the hell:
my uncle owns a sound reinforcement company, which basically means they do the sound engineering and supply sound equipment for bands when they're on tour. His company does 311 and i worked for him one summer. i got the opportunity to work at a concert in cleveland where taking back sunday was opening for 311. i didnt have anything to do during the show because i was there to basically wind up cables when the gig was over. anyway, i was hanging out backstage with the sound engineer as 311 was on and taking back sunday (i don't remember their names, because i honestly don't really like their music) was standing with me and steve (the sound engineer) who my sister was dating at the time. they asked if anyone wanted to blaze, i said yes. went on their tour bus and proceeded to get so ridiculously baked i fell asleep. this was like the 3rd time i smoked pot and the first time out of a bong, so i got ripped from my soul.
woke up at 3am, everything was already packed up, and i got paid to smoke pot with taking back sunday.
