I was wondering if anyone can help me with my 3's and 5's....every time i try to put a grab in there it slows my rotation down majorly...i have heard it is suppose to help it from some people but in this case it makes it worse...any tips

you look at your grab and stop your spin.
find your grab with the force, and keep you head over you shoulder.
us the force, dont trust your eyes.
