I know everyone is already aware of our east coast lack of snow but this is a little ridiculous. I think that someone needs to visit Mother Natureā¦slap that bitch into shape and tell her Denver has had enough send some to New England!!!!! NOW

THE 2006 AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 50.1 DEGREES. THIS BEAT THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 49.9 DEGREES SET IN 1999 AND 1949. THE NORMAL ANNUAL AVERAGE TEMPERATURE IN WORCESTER IS 47.2F.
IN ADDITION...THE COMBINED AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 2006 AT THE WORCESTER REGIONAL AIRPORT WAS APPROXIMATELY 41.0 DEGREES. THIS BEATS THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 39.8 DEGREES SET DURING THE COMBINED MONTHS OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 2001.
DECEMBER 2006 AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 36.3 DEGREES...MAKING IT THE SECOND WARMEST DECEMBER ON RECORD. THE RECORD OF 36.6 DEGREES SET IN DECEMBER 1923 STILL STANDS.
THERE WERE 21 CONSECUTIVE DAYS WITH ABOVE NORMAL AVERAGE TEMPERATURES FROM DECEMBER 10TH THROUGH DECEMBER 31ST AND 26 DAYS WITH ABOVE NORMAL AVERAGE TEMPERATURES IN DECEMBER 2006.
