Double grabs

does anyone find it hard to commit to your spin when youre doing a truckdriver or like a mute+critical?
I only seem to get like one in ten. It seems so simple when i get em, but when i dont they seem imposible.

i had thsi problem last year but i think i solved it like i can spin fine but when im spinning i just cant do the grab i have no idea why i just kept doing it over and over and visualizing in my head what i have to do to stomp the grab

yeah you gotta pop while setting the spin, then reach down and grab that shit... and hold it.

kinda the problem isnt in my spin, if i miss the grab like whoooosh, i kinda sit in my spin and thtat stops the spin. I never did it before, so its real wierd.
and kinda funny, everyone laughs at me.
SOmeone told me to kick my heels up when i pop and use the momentum of the kicker to reach for the grabs. it seems to work but its hard to do.

when ever i go for a tail grab, or like crossing the skis on the side of your body and grabbing i always end up getting off axis and landing on either one ski or just on my hip.

You gotta commit the spin, and THEN go for the double grab.

if you watch pros on videos they set their spin hard early. they don't grab a tough grab (true tail double grab) till around 270. So grab later once the spin is set

sounds like it would look stupid. like youd have your arms all back.
I just like the double critical and truckdriver cause it looks smooth when you air it out. like a lofty 3 looks real rad with them. Im workin on 5s, but just kinda bail out.
