I think that countries are having weather wars using machines that alter the weather patterns by sending out a bunch of electromagnetic waves or something like that and are able to cause "natural disasters" such as hurricanes like katrina and stuff and that this is the new era of warfare and the new weapon of mass destruction.

huh? i didn't really understand it but thats just me. Katrina was bad luck and its on the gulf coast. It happened during hurricane season so no surprise. And new orleans has a very low sea level.
