aha yeah im on ski team just to be able to ski all week. my friends and i were brought up racing and quit 3 years ago. we usually just race on our twins and wear random shit like my big mtn helmet and ride switch and do dumb shit like stick ur pole between ur legs and jerk it off like mcconkey does off the big air hit in SMII

no the teams chill cause noone really cares about it, i must say it tho without racing i would have no idea how to ski, i learned when i was 4 on my team and been since three years ago. i hate seeing kids in park or anywhere else thinkin they are damn good when they cant carve turns

OK, I've got a few things to say.

First,to jibberkid69, about your post about naming a racer who can huck cliffs. Look at the Crist brothers. They used to race. Then they did some skiercross (which is still racing) and now you see pics of them hucking 60 footers and skiing lines in AK and BC. And Daren Ralves. In interviews he says that he loves hitting jumps and rails are alot of fun. And i've also seen pics of him doing sick big mountain stuff.

Second off, what about spandex suits? So they lok a little stupid. Lots of people think the same thing about do-rags, badanas sticing out of their pockets, and 'bling' like a bunch of jibbers.

And also, don't say that racing and racers are stupid until you've done it. It takes shit-loads of skill, shit-loads of leg strength, and shit-loads of balls. And they derserve tons of props for doing what they do.

first of all, i used to race, and it takes no balls and very little skill. and before you say that i probably sucked, i made Junior Olympics the first year i could, and finished well, even though i got probably 5 hours of sleep over the entire week.

secondly, i know Darron personaly, and it is true that he jibs, but he is the only pro racer that i've heard of that likes to freeski.

and finnaly the reason that all the pros used to race was because if you were a dedicated skier, you were either a racer or a mogul skier brcause that was all there was. most of the mogul skiers became jibbers cause that was closer to their previous sport. all the racers became big mountain and/or jibbers cause that was an easier transition.
