How do you get your pole grips off???

i'm getting so pissed off right nmow trying to get my grips off..... does anyone have any tips that would help me??

soak em in hot water, then wedge it through a door and pull

either use WD-40, or boil some water and steam the pole handle

vice grip the pole. then twist n pull.

just get a good lube and make sure the grip is loose enough and let her rip

dude, close a door on it, have someone lean against the door, then grab the pole, lean back, and twist. It works everytime and gets it off in like 3 seconds.

mine have screws in the top...i just took them off, and the handle came off.
