im gonna be there in a few weeks and was wondering what are some good bars to chill at and how strict are they on id, because im gonna chalk my license, i know you probally havent heard of chalking ids...its a new york thing

new york drivers licenses are not laminated like other states so you can take a red and a white colored pencil to change the last number on the birthdate to make you of legal age to consume alcohal
