Replying to Help with my AR6's

i recently became the proud parent of a pair of 181 ar6's. i am about 6'1'' and about 160ish. i have salomon boots in about a 29.5 i remeber...size 12 shoe. i also have s912's.

last time i had skis mounted, i fucked up and didnt realize they didnt know what centermounting was and let them do what they felt was right.

this time, i want my skis mounted correctly, so i need your help.

i live in indiana, so ill be riding park and all mountain, but i will be taking these out west a few times to ski mostly the bowls and some of the rest of the mountain. im unsure if i want them centermounted becuase of this tendency to ski in bowls...so i need some help/info.
bottom line: where do you recommend me having them mounted, and how do i effectivly communicate this?
