Din settings are based on more than height and weight. Boot sole length and skill level are also factors. Your best bet would be to get them set by the shop. Then if you find they are coming off too easy you could try bumping up the Din in small increments until you find something you like. However don't get in a rush to crank up your bindings because losing a ski is much better than wrecking your knees.
Also, asking where to set your din on this site is a bad idea. Most people here don't really have a clue how bindings should be set and taking there advice is setting yourself up for injury. Take them to the shop.
