I think NS calls it rooster tail but when the back of you ski shoots up its so crazy. Its terrible trying to follow the same line as a twin tipper, its quite commical sometimes cause snowboarders in the lift line always come up to me to complain. Its not out fault though.

I hate skiing behind my friends for that reason. but it's also useful because you can rip past people and spray them hella good

yeah rooster tail, or roosting. When there is snow being made it sucks. That little icy shit....i hate it. My buddy had some old volkl Expressions, and those things have some fucking good back tip on them, i hated skiing behind him. Ice in the face sucks.

at sierra the other day i was behind this crew of kids all sitting back on their skis the whole way down the trail from the terrain park.
i seriously couldnt see them or anything past them, it was just a solid wall of roost.

you say it is because i ski wrong when i said it was my skiis with their square tips and i dont spray snow with my karmas so i think its the ski,but i dunno.

the roost is from the snow gogin over you ski and shooting off ur tail, if u have a roost that means ur ski aint strait. the secret tot he biggest roost is to do a like an oppisite snowplow only a little and dig ur edges in the snow. i can get mine over my head eazily.(05 public enemy)
