no i think safety is under the boot. i sayin like back at the tail. i guess the way i worded it made it sound like a safety

Unless you grab the tip of the tail or the tip of the nose, anything in between is a safety unless you do both hands infront of the boot which is a truckdriver

well if u do that and cross ur skis uve done a unessecairly far back phil, or a retarted lookin tail

tail is crossed skis and grabbing inside
grabbing tip of the tail with crossed skis is blunt
