I just wanna know who does this and if it helps with skiing. I pretty much grew up a skate boarder cuz I have been riding since I could walk, but I wanna try this out.
i have rollerbladed for a long time and i think it does help. it just seems that when i got from skating over the summer to skiing i am alot smoother or somthing. you also get really good air awareness with your feet cause of all the tech grinds and such.
