Backflip 360's on tramp

can any one give me some help on back flip 360's on trampoline
i can do them with 180's
but not 3's
suggestions?

I can back 5. to back 3, you almost bounce sideways( I do anyways) throw your arms about 11 o clock and spin BEFORE you flip. If you try to spin first, THEN flip you can spin a hella lot more. back 180 look like crap if you do em wrong which, if you can't do a back 3, yours prolly do. They look much better if you spin AS you flip, not after the flip.

when you set your flip off the ground, pull your right arm (if you spin left) across your body

should pull you right around.

(i used to be a gymnast, this is how i learned how to spin fulls, doubles, etc)

I have worked with a ex US freestyle coach to learn the full(backflip 3) 2 seasons ago. First learn on tramp with no skis do not try on tramp with skis good way to blow a knee. once you can pull it off on the tramp without skis go build a booter in the BC with a soft landing. Everything follows your head so yo must keep it pinned to your shoulder till you see the landing. Prepare for some hard falls here is a pick of me doing one at castle peak 2 years ago.
