I've only been to belleayre this year, but I would say they seemed to have the best stuff set up early judging from past visits and what I have heard living in NY. I could be wrong..

windham has a jib park set up, sorry no jumps. as i believe is the same w/ everyone else. but set up is flat drop down, rainbow, down urban, flat bar, c box and flat box.
