not to be a dick but probly not. I wont pay for anything online ever. To me stuff online should be free. I might be interested if it was an actual magazine.

Ever heard of advertising? Ask other magazines about it. Might be of assistance to you.

We have a magazine over here called Dark Summer, almost exactly the same as you have described. It's free to pick up in shops or download a PDF, or you can pay a small subscription to get it mailed to you. They pay for it with ads but they fit in well with the mag and are all for ski companies etc.
