BitLord stopped working...

No more downloads. Seeders and leechers counts don't even matter, they just don't connect to the tracket/site anymore and don't download.

Is it an internal thing with BitLord(did they get shut down?) or is it a firewall/port blocking problem I have with conecting to the trackers/ports/the internet via BitLord?

I think i read something that at a set date BitLord was shutting down and no longer gonna work cuz of a law suit or something like that. I use Azuerus(sp?)

I can't remember exactly, but I'm pretty sure it stopped working the day after we switched my home network over to a wireless connection. I think I MAY have downloaded something after that day but I'm not sure...

If you just switched to a wireless network than your router is probably blocking the torrent port, routers have pretty strong firewalls. You need to go into your routers settings (probably by accessing 192.168.1.1 on the host comp) and allow port forwarding for the ports bitlord uses.

Can you get access to the router settings? If so then go to www.portforwarding.com and find the common bitlord ports. Then look up either port forwarding, maybe port access, not sure exactly what its called on your router and set it up for your computers IP. To do this, put in the port, set it for TDP and UDP and then put in your IP address for the remote/host comp you want to use. To find the IP address go into MS-Dos and type /ipconfig, or maybe ipconfig, i don't remember if you need the "/" or not.
