prop your camera on a tripod. film something for like 20 minutes the nload it to your computer then speed it up in pretty much any editing program

(in vegas) hold control and drag the edge of a long clip two the left. the further you go the faster the time lapse

set camera up in a tripod for awhile for like at least 20 30 minutes then speed it up to like 5 seconds.......=timelaps

with or without drugs. I thought that you ment doing it so that your brain timlapses but on your editing program just look for a speed option and use that its usually a percentage. or multiplier
