It always kills me. If I get the couple of backseat landings and try to resist them. Mine are annoying right now. Is there a specific name for it? It's not shin bang is it... cause shin bangs where the tissue in front of ur shin gets messed up or something.
What's it called?

don't know what its called but I'm guessing that its just that maybe your calfs are either sore or cramping because they were worked hard to help keep you up. Happens to me sometimes but from other things.

probably not from working too hard in a backseat landing. my guess would improperly fit ski boots. go into your local shop and have them put a lift in the heel of your boot. my guess would be that you're putting a lot of pressure on your calf against the cuff of your boot and that's causing the pain.

I get that when I go snowboarding for the first couple times, its just like if someone punched your arm. Your calfs are getting rammed against your boots.
