then why did u buy them? why would you buy 171s and then ask for our opinions on skis that only come in like 150 and under??

well it depends on where your sking in the first place, like in the northwest you will want to ski longer skis if your doing alot backcountry stuff, so it all depends where you are, cause im 5 '6 and in skiing 170's because a spend alot of time in the backcontry.

but with that all said, i still dont know what you should mount on them.
