Replying to Need your help now

i just got my chronic blends and i do not know where to mount them. They are going to be mounted with some rossi scratc 120's and about 60-70%park 30-40% al mtn. Now if you say -1 for center in that true center? and is is 1cm or 1inch? thanks i know its a newb question but most of my skis have been park and have been mounted true center. I got thses real cheap ($162 cuz i upgrades from invaders)so can sume1 help me out cuz i am getting these mounted tomorrow and if it matter i live n the east
