I'm with you...not a fan of centre-mounting at all. I don't ski a heap of park and I like to get a high level of both on and off-piste performance from my skis. I feel that centre-mounting significantly hinders this performance. I centre-mounted on my old MSP's and I would never do it again...they just never felt right underfoot.
elan mo2.2 they have the ride position(core center I guess, the pipe position(somewhere in between core and ttrue) and rail osition(true center I guess) mine are between pipe and rail so about -1cm from true center
ok i guess i spoke too soon...since im on the east coast all we get is 5-10 cm on top of crust (if we're lucky) so yeah if i was out west i would want two skis one wide pow ski mounted back and one true center park ski
