Grind rails custom reasonable prices.. New england area
Hey, I live in VT and have been building rails fro a few years witha friend of mine. We have built all sorts of rails. Email if you are interested in a custom raill, can build to your specs. ddcacy2k@yahoo.com These are high quality professional looking rails. round bars, high density plastic boxes. Shotgun, flat downs trap... anythigne lse. we have probabily built one and can came you one. email for price quote. can deliver to some extent
welded of course.. i just said the high density plastic because that is what we use for the top sheet of the boxes...like all dank ones. All the other parts of the rails are welded with the exception of the plywood inserts to disply whatever you want (the thing hanging under the rail).
yeah i have to take some pics for you. The ones i can take pics of are jsut ones for my house and my firends house... the ones we have sold i can't take pics of obviously. the only difference between the ones for me and my friend and the ones we seel are that our are un painted and dont have the plywood inserts.
hey i just got back from night skiing.. it was allready dark so all i could get for pics today were of my flat downa t my house, this is one of my first rails. The pics are dark because the only light was the flash, but they show the general idea. http://cucca123.googlepages.com/grindrails
Yeah my new ones are better than taht for sure.. i can deliver to some extent for a charge, cause i will need to rent a trailor and pay for gas and shit..
i live in vermont..lol..near jay peak..man id love a bigger box like the ones u were makin in the pic..how much..and it wouldnt be to bad to get here..peace..
hey i just added a bunch more pics check out the site now cucca123.googlepages.com/ Email me ddcacy2k@yahoo.com lots of new rails on the site so check it our... these are unfinished rails there jsut build for my personal use without the fancy shit liek skirting and paint.
Ther rails? or boxes, th rails we just grind them to a smooth finish then paint. The key to a smooth rail is painting a even thin coat of high enamel paint when it is warm enough to dry properly. the boxes are smooth from the top sheet.
Wow, you're a dumbfuck...the rail is going to look exactly the same no matter what you take the picture next to, this guy looks like he does quality work though.
a 75 dollar welder from walmart would definatley not be powerfull enough for those welds. it has to have enough amperage for that thickness of metal and you dont know if it uses wire, it could be an arc welder
It was an arc welder, im just saying, for $500, im hoping yours was TIG or MIG.
You could definatly use oxyacetlene for rails too, but you would be pricy for the gas.
And unless you are looking up close at the welds, you cant tell what he is using. and you can definatly weld a rail with the walmart cheapo ones. they hold fine of you go over them a few times.
