I was thinking that if I got a lot of 3/8" HDPE and rounded the edges, I could use it for a sort of wide ass rail, like just over a 2x6. The edges would have to be mad round but it would be super easy. Would the HDPE hold up ok, or not? More importantly, will it slide decent?
