Line Reactor Bindings

Anybody have any expirience with them? Know if they're any good?

If you have a quiver of Line skis, then the binding would save you a crapload of money. That's all I can say about it (never ridden on it)

I have them.
Maybe the questions I have, that I've been wanting answered, will help you:
- My brakes bend all the time. any way to stop this? ust more careful?
- when my brakes aren't bent, or i bend them back, they are useless. if my ski pops off, it goes down the hill, and i'm VERY worried about this for CoC, because I don't want to go losing my skis down the fucking glacier past that rope
- they pop off easily at a setting that normal bindings don't pop off at, do I REALLY need to crank them up to like ....10 or something? i think they're at like 8 or something. Oh, plus, the little 'number' thing on my popped off, so on one binding i have no idea what number/setting it's at, i can only do it by comparing to other binding.

is my setup of the 164 1260s and reactor bindings REALLY suitable for 8 days of CoC skiing and grinding?
How can i not break them? Are the toepieces always move..y.. like that, or are mine broken and about to come off?
How can i not lose them down the hill? Will the brakes WORK?
How should I do this? take this set up? My past years' 1260's (00-01 and 01-02) are not logical...as both of them have the tip's separated.

tis true. they had some major problems. It's a good concept, I like it. But it's like anything else, the first year they're out they're gonna have some problems. Many people went so far as to say that this binding just isn't safe........i think I agree from reading reviews. I think next year's Line binding will be much better. I know I won't buy them for another couple of years.

yeah i know of some line riders, not pro just local vermonters, that were very unhappy with it and expressed their opinion about it openly.

if you have fucked up line skis send them in cus they will prob warranty them they are trying to keep there customers cus they know there binding sucks ass.

We sent in a pair of mavericks that looked like they had been bombed in Iraq and line sent the dude a brand new pair.

here is my theory, line totally fucked themselves over. not only do they have the reputation for making sub par quality skis, now they have the reputation for making sub par bindings. with lines budget they wont have the money to perfect the binding. their best bet is to sell the technology to someone else and have them deal with it. they cant keep wasting time with it if they want to survive.

good call jon. if they sold it to look or something they could get some nice money to put towards the skis again. the also wasted money by putting out the transfer boots, but they put that to an end.

i mean, we can all express our opinions here, yes, but they OBVIOUSLY can think, and are adults, they'll make the right decisions.

in amsterdam everything is legal, its the ultimate freedom. you don't have the constant worry of where am i going to get dope tonight, or how am i going to get some pussy. but after a short short time the dutch no longer excersize their freedoms to do drugs. they stop and become more of their existing peaceful neighbors. drugs are just a phase, and sex is a natural thing. why punish for it? -J

its a right of passage for drunks to kill phone lines digging holes in vt (i know, we have a backho 100 yards from where i now sit)

reactor binding...we got it in the shop and demo'd it, broke it in a day...bad plastic composition of the toe piece...if it gets cold and u kick the snow off your boot on the toe piece (common practice) it can crack

line is replacing all bought bindings im pretty sure, as well as retweaking the binding for next season

still too heavy in my opinion, but i give credit to Jason where its due, good/safe idea

i dont think the transfer boot was that bad of an investment...ive heard good things and theyre cheaper than most other boots...im pretty sure it was the cheapest retail boot this year
