Pivot binding question.

Ive got some axials, and when upwards pressure is applied by the front of my boot, the toe piece does a weird click thing, and slightly moves up (the section of the binding holding the toe down). When the pressure is released they click again and go back into place. Its about a 3mm movement, but very noticeable. Anyone have any ideas?

Well it's the two toe wing pieces, they have some vertical play when pressure is applied. That's a way better explanation lol.

I have the PX12 JIBS, no pivot heel, but I had the same exact thing, like if I went to do a tailpress in my room it would click, however no real visible movement. I havent had any problems and recently I have done a good job at examining the release and retention characteristics of the bindings. Thats a fancy way of saying I ate a lot of shit today.

Does that mean even though they click in my room, they'll work fine on snow? Please don't tell me I need to eat shit for this epiphany.

Or did you fix them somehow?

Shady explanations and semi shady co-stories on here is not a way to gamble with your bindings and therefore your body.

Take em in to a tech, be nice, and see if they can take a quick look at em to see if they are ok.

If they are REALLY nice or bored, see if they can torque test em or something.
