What should i do !?

hey i have a problem here that i hope you guys can give me some advice on. I recently ordered a pair of brand new 04'05 salomon 1080s off of some one on this forum (not going to say name so as to not ruin his rep). I ordered them almost three weeks ago and still have not received them. The guy i bought it off told me it was going by air and it would take about 4-5 days since it was crossing the border. He then told me he would send me the shipping information right after he sent them, which was about 3 days after i made the transaction. I have yet to receive the shipping information or any word form the seller. I have sent messages to his NS account and his email acccount several times wihtout any response whatsoever. Im really getting worried here, I spent $285 on these skis and dont have money left to buy another pair. What actions do you all suggest i take ? thanks

I think about protecting his rep is the last thing you need to worry about if he isnt responding. How was the money transferred?

yea if you used paypal then they should be able to help you out and probably get you your money back.
