Don't do it dude.
If you dislocate it once and then let it heal fully, your chances of a 100% recovery with your shoulder as strong as it was are pretty good. but if you dislocate it twice, you start to permanently weaken the muscles that hold the joint in place, and once those are weakened you'll be dislocating all the time, and that's no fun at all.
trust me on this one and give it a few weeks, or if you really insist on skiing, just take it real, real easy. I was stupid and didnt let my shoulder heal, and about half a million dislocations and one suck-ass surgery later, I still can't throw a baseball like I used to be able to.
