im 5 8 and 150 pounds and i need some new skis. I ride about 60% all mountain and 40% park. where i ride there are a few pow days and a few days of crap. so which skis would be right for me?
I'd say the new Troublemakers in a 175. Great for all mountain, groomers etc and still fantastic in the spark. Foils and scratches would also probably be good bets.
personally I'd recommend the foils for someone his size, their light and snappy and have a nice sidecut for carving off the lip. Generally they have stats equivelant to a directional all mountain ski only with a twin tip and more symmetrical flex pattern and obviously set for a centermount.... If price is an issue, simply get last years models...and go for the 176, charge hard.
