Winn. I think it takes more than 264 or whatever licks to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop. I lost cont after counting to 100 about 4 times. I wasn't exactly in the counting state of mind and I think you fucked up counting, because I swear you counted 200 like 3 times. Your results are inconclusive.
