i see alot of people asking the obvious questions so ima just make this and hope it helps someone

First, rails.

I would recomend using steel and either welding it or attaching it to a wood fram like you would with pvc

1. get a metal drill be as wide as the screw part of the screws you will be using
2. plan out where you are going to put the holes, one hole per 1 foot isnt neccesary just use one per 2 feet and at the ends
3. drill a hole all the way through, then widen the top hole so the head of the screw fits through
4. apply to wood with the screws!

its just the same with pvc


Second, Boxes.

now you can make the frame howevr you want it according to height and length and stuff
and height too.
im just going to talk about top sheet, the popular one is hdpe, but a step up and more professional topsheet will be UMHW. This is what is used for grind parts in top end rollerblades. it is hard and will not catch at all. super high duty, unless you have concrete for bases this will last a long long long long long time.
to apply be sure you are supporting the topsheet with wood, and then drill holes so that the head of the screw is below or atleast flush with the topsheet drill all the way then around the top so its wide for the screw head

i dont know what countersinking scews is but iv heard people suggest that

Heres some unorganized stuff on boxes.
   -Frames can be wood, built to your liking.
   -For the topsheet, use HDPE, or Puckboard. Others have been known to work so look around.
   -Attach the topsheet to plywood or something that covers the top of your frame into which you can put scews.  
   -Attach the topsheet with scews, use a countersink bit to make sure they dont stick out.
   -Coping van be PVC or metal, be creative cause I'm against coping.
   -Use a topsheet at least 1/4" thick if you want to be able to countersink screws.

I repeated some shit there but I didnt read the whole thing. Drop ins will be hard because you can do it 80 different ways. I'll work on it.

that is sick and one more thing and tis i good for rails or the sides of boxes, you can use angle irons on the side fo the box and nail/screw them in from hte side and also if you want a meatal rail what you can do is take a 2x4 and i you get the ones that are inxh and a half wide and tall you have a metal rail, i am not shure how much they cost i just had a hole bunch lying around my house and it worked out realy well

contersinking is wat you described when you sink the head of the screw under the topsheet so theres no catching of edges on them

ok ima try to describe how the make the long story short drop in

the acualy droping in side is going to be like say 10 ft long and the stand on top will probly be like 6-7ft

make the back where the ladder is on a pivot so you can collapse it to fit in into a car or truck,idk if that will work cuz it looks soo big. but its attached to the drop with a chain so it doesnt collapse the other way.

on the drop in it has carpet and at the end there is a say 2ft long other peice of wood to make a better tranny

on top i would also put carpet so its easy to grip and you would fall off :]
for the ladder just make it 2x4s and its pretty simple
