the thing that pisses me off is when someone has the same if not less talent than you and his parents have huge ass mouths....me and one of my best friends are the 2 best atheltes in my grade/ school. im not bragging or anything but everyone always says that i am a better quarterback than he is. im in 8th grade and this year we had 2 teams bc we had so many kids. i was the qb of one and (austin) was the qb of the other. well austins parents have huge mouths and they are used to him being the star althlete of his age group. well he moved into my township and he had competition. wel wenever i would beat him out in something, his parents would always wine about it and blah blah blah...well tonight i find out that next year he is playing with the age group above us in football...becasue his parents told the varsity coach to give him a chance. well the coach did. so tonight when the weight training started, he was going, so my dad decided to take me. i get there and the coack says this is only for highschool. we were like..wat about austin... and hes like he is an acception. what pisses me off is i am a better quarterback than him and just becasue his parents convinced the varsity coach for him to play up, hes playing up. like i never got a chance....
my team went 6-0-1 this yeah and his went 7-0...we had a harder schedual but o well...
his coach was a college qb and mine was a regualr coach..
sorry baout the rant but im so pissed off right now that everyone assumes that he is better than me and i dont get a chance..
8th grade, playing varsity hahah i hope your varsity has a pretty good defensive line. kids gonna get owned unless hes pretty big himself. dude w/e just laugh at him when he buckles under the pressure
i ment hes playing jv next yuear and ill be freshman then the year after that hell be varsity and ill be jv..so ill be playing qb just to go to a different position at varsity..so its like wasting 2 years of football..and like im a jock so its not like its just football...i want to be college worthy ahtlete...like sports are not just for fun and shit...their basically my life...and wenever im on the any field im most of the time the best..like im not trying to be cocky im just telling you but u get what im saying
beat his ass secretly and tell him if he says anything to anybody you will kill him. fucking force his ass to drop.... find something out about him that he doesnt want ppl knowing, its called black mail bro. shady as fuck, but hey, it works
its not like hes an asshole or anything....hes one of my best freinds but i dont think that blackmail can make a coach realize that im can beat him out to play up as a qb
Dont worry man you still have a few years to develop your skills trust me varsity isnt as fun as freshmen football. Varsity is a lot more pressure and the coaches are usally a lot stricter just have fun playing freshmen year then next year when you get to jv you can make it to varsity if you are as good as you say and you will run (austins) spot it all works out in the end. Quarter back isnt even that fun of a position you should try wide recevier or cornerback but if your heart is set on QB then go for it. Im a offensive gaurd so I dont have a position that gets much credit but in the end I know that I had fun but onyly when we win lol
yeah..quater back is wat my dad played and i was a wr the previous yeah and it was fun but i went to qb and i just like being the leader and all the pressure is on me etc.
Well, if he is a quarterback, he better hope he has a good OFFENSIVE line. His defensive line isn't going to do much to protect him :/
However, true...you're young, you will have years to develop still and if you are better than him that will show next year or the year after that. No worries
