So I decided to try and drink my 8 glasses of water a day today, but instead of 8 in a day i did 8 in 5 mins. I realy have to pee.

How much is a glass anyways? I mean, come on, the doctors cant honestly expect each and everyone of us to have the same size glass. For all I know people out there could be cheating and using shot glasses. If doctors realy want to recomend somthing, they need to back their shit and set out a specific measurement for a 'glass'.

Hahaha, shot glasses. You're so nuts. They do have the actual measurement somewhere... I don't remember what it was, though. I usually just drink a few Nalgene bottles of water a day (like two or three) as well as coffee in the morning and grapejuice throughout the day.

I ususally don't drink anything... then I drink 8 glasses straight up... or at least like 5 at a time... then I move around and I can hear it sloshing and shit in my stomach.... its cool. yep

not until recently have i been drinking like a gallon per day, i think its a gallon but i dont know for sure, but its just hot as hell out and working outside, jumping on tramp, and 90° weather has made me sweaty and dehydrated all the time

yea, I have that happen all the time. I dunno how much water I drink a day, but I carry a water bottle around with me, and I drink and fill that up most of the day. It does make you wanna pee pretty bad though. hehe

a seving is a smaller portion than you'd expect.

as for how much i drink, well i bring 2 bottles to school (500 ml each) and usually drink one after school. then maybe more later on in the evening. then i piss like a race horse.

i drink a lot of water when I'm golfing. I'll usually buy a gatorade at the beginning. Drink it. Fill it with water halfway through. Then drink that then buy another gatorade or refill the bottle with water again.

I drink pop all day. Rarely water, only water when im playing sports or anything athletic. I wondered how my body functioned on pop but then I realized pop is mostly water. huh.

yeah i drink a lot of milk and soda and juice, not much water though, a cup or glass is only 8 ounces, and most good size glasses hold from 12 to 16 ounces so its not really 8 full glasses

i drink water constantly. I just keep bottles in my fridge, and pull them off whenever I even start to get thirsty. usually like 2-3 bottles a day, I drink. just refill them in my sink.

try to drink a gallon of water in a half hour, my science teacher said it was immpossible, and had everybody who didnt believe him try it. i concluded that it was indeed impossible after throwing up after about 3/4 gallon.

We got well water and its so good... whenever I drink city water I think it tastes so bad..well water is the only way to go. I probably drink 2-3 Nalgenes a day.. ithink thats like 96 oz's.
