University of Utah Dorm Question

Okay, I decided to go with Univ. of Utah (at least for this spring).
On the 16th I have to choose a dorm room.
I am thinking of going with Sage Point 810 or 814.
Is Sage one of the better dorms? or should I look for something else?

Sage point is dank if you like space. THey're huge dorms, and more like a house/apartment than any dorm ever. GATEWAY HEIGHTS is the place to be though. it's like 40 steps from the Heritage center, so all your food, mail, convenient store, etc are really close. it's also like 20 steps from the shuttle bus pick up. and the dorms are still sick thana anywhere else. get some.

sage:
i wouldnt recommend it. its not very social, mostly upperclassmen with their doors closed. dont live there.

single gender floors..enough said
chapel glen:
its fucking dope. i live in 802 and ive been in 803 and 804, theyre all pretty sick. co ed floors so you meet tons of people. everyones friendly and always has doors open. we are always doing something. we party most of the week so ya...chapels the shit.

810 was really chill last year. hella lots of parties. and its better then 814 cause its closer to the HC

Wow no one from sage point 810 has moved out so I have a room in 814 reserved. Anyone know how much futher 814 is from HC? and does it suck that much worse?

its really not that bad. sage are the farthest, but its mostly upperclass which is cool

rich that's a joke. gateway is lame, they train the R.A.s there to treat you like little kids. at least thats how it was when i was there, until they kicked me out and moved me to sage point. plus the sage point rooms are sweeter. just my 2 cents.

oh yeah, and gate way doesn't have co ed floors. i also got moved out of sage point and into chapel glen in the end. i would reccomend chapel glen, cause they got co ed floors, and yeah ^ its true that sage point isn't super social. plus i never got kicked out of chapel glen.

i think what you can tell from this is that different things are good or bad to different people. upperclssmen good or upperclassmen bad? i would take the info and decide for yourself
