Looking for a Program

Hey, I am looking for a program that i can use and download for free that will let me take a song i have on my computer and cut the length down and leave it in the same format that i got it in. (.wmv) Does anyone know if this type of program exists and if so where can i download it?

you can cut off the beginning and end of songs in itunes. I don't really know what you mean tho

I use to make ring tones with a program called Cool Edit Pro 2.You can use it their.Its really good cause you can zoom in on the sound waves to edit the song perfect.

No.I have a nextel.And if you have all the programs and usb port then their is no charge.For ring tones you just set them to mp3 or wav(for whatever your phone takes) then you gotta change like the bit and stereo settings.I forget really how to do it.I haven't made ring tones in so long,
