what did they copy?
and..... even if there was a similarity between those (which there isnt) crowbars were a motorcross goggle before prodigies came out so how could oakley copy smith?

Both companies were at SIA before the goggles were ever released. they don't even look alike, and just because the name if pronounced the same it doesn't mean anything.

Baasically, if tthe companies themselves don't have a problem with it, then why do you?
