Knowing when to pee

So today i was taking a bio test and i realized i had to pee. well, that got me thinking, it is almost impossible to describe when you know you gotta take a leak

anyone wanna take a stab at it?

i hate it when you have to hold it in for a long period of time, then when you finally are able to relieve yourself, your bladders till hurts afterwards. shits gay. but at least you ddint piss yourself.
