the reason god was even thought off was because people were looking for answers in life. when they realized they couldn't think up how the earth came to be, they created god, the answer and cause of every problem in life.
 Once science came along, we (the smarter ones) started answering the questions of life and proved god to be bullshit.

jesus having existed has absolutely nothing to do with god btw. he is part of the holy 'trinity' but he could have existed and there could still be no god. jesus being a real man is not justification to assert god's existence.

toher things could point to god, but not jesus.

im atheist, doesnt mean that i cant practice the gift of "giving" at a specific time of year.
ive been to church 3 times in my entire life (im 17) and i cant agree with what is being said there.
anyways, im sure that if a god does exist, they would prefer people that are sure of their faith to follow them as opposed to people who are like "well, i better do htis because everyone else says its right."
doing otherwise would be lying, and thats morally wrong to me, biblically wrong to you.
