Shortness (height)

i saw another thread about bein short and i can relate so here!

any info on growing? such as when you stop, do you stop and go?

heres a sit:
dude is 5'8" for a year or so. turned 17 copuple months or so ago. is dude gonna grow any more or is he short 4ever? (fam background) pops is 6'1", 2 yr younger bro (15 yrs) is 5'10", gdad on one side is short (5'9" or so), and the other is 6'

I've grown almost a foot in the last 4 months, and I'm not lurpy. I went from 5'2'' to 6'1'' and I'm taller than my parents.

my brother grew about an inch when he was in australia, and he turned 20 while he was there, and i'm still growing and i'm 18, so it really depends on the family/person.

my friend's uncle went from like, 5'4" to 5'10" or something between 18-20. so yeah, you can grow. just don't count on it. being short is awesome.

yes it is trust me im 6'4 you are constantly hitting you head off things hangang lamps door frames automatic door closers. people are constantly asking you to get shit off of top shelves for them. Its harder to spin fast in flips. you cant get pants that match ur height to match ur waist size.

im 5'5" and am already taller than my mother, older sister and have only grown an inch in the last year. so not that being short is bad, but 5'9" isnt so terrible.

i am 21...and i am 4'11 or just about 5'
yup. ha. us gymnasts are compact and such. so i never really grew.

apparently though, according to a kinetics research a woman is supposed to grow another inch or two in her 20s. i dont know that i will though, i dout it.

ya im like 5,6 and i cant really tell if im growing or not i think my groth is stunted from drugs and shit but i dono. smaller is better tho way sicker for bein able to do flipps and spins. tall and goofy is just rediclious

My mom is 5'3" and my dad is 5'8", I'm 6'1". But since you're already 17 or whatever you could get an inch but i doubt it, especially if you've had spurts of growth growing up. Sorry shorty.

i did gymnastics when i was younger from like 7 to 13 and i think it really fucked with my hight. My dad is 6 and my mom is 5'8 and i am only 5'7. I dont no any other 18 year olds that are shorter then there mom.

my mom is 5'6, my dad is 6'4, my not-so-little brother who is 20 y.o is 6'2......i'm an entire foot shorter than my "little" brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats some fucked up shit

my mom is 5'11 my dad is 6'2 my older bro is 6'4 and I'm 5'9 ... I got the 'short end of the stick for sure... I'd like to be maybe one or two inches taller though
