yeah, i know its called 1080 now, but i would just like to let everyone know that its all open now and better than ever, the pipe is longer and more perfect than ever. jumps are huge and prime. its to bad there is a snowboard comp this weekend though. and yes, this is an official word is out, feeway is open, so all you kids waiting for it and riding at keystone. the wait is over!

We'll see how Freeway goes this year, I'm a little skeptical that it will live up to the standard its set in past years.

Breck's jumps and pipe will always be in the top 3 for any public park in atleast the US and maybe the world... they are huge and perfect. however, the huge drawback is the crowds and lifts... u might get a lap an hour on the weekends, and during the week, when there is nobody there during the week a lap still takes at least 20 min if u charge... whereas keystone, same jump builder and style of jumps, only a little smaller, but they have a 1/4 the lap time, and if you hate jumps, they have 51 rails + the 30 they made for this year... and they already have 8 jumps up... im calling that keystone is going to be better this year unless your a pipe skier.

i'm going to have to agree. Keystone was my favorite colorado resort last year and so far this year is looking great. For any of you who don't know, A51 has its own 2 person lift.

haha, matt, youre a great skier and i got a ton of restpect for you man but keystone will never be on that level, no matter how hard they try. copper has tried the same way and continously failed. they may have the same jump builder, but the park crew has a lot to do with it to, the people at breck do shit while the guys at keystone sit around. i would love for keysone to kick ass, i realy would because my dad loves it there, but they always say its going to be sick, and it always ends up being lack luster.

ya... that always seems to happen, breck has always been sicker than keystone haha and honestly i wouldnt really care if it happened again this year, they are like 10 min away from each other, same pass... and one will be guarnteed insane. i just think keystone is actually getting their shit together this year

like i said, i really hope so, i would be so stoked if they did. until then ill stick to brecks pipe, i've hurt myself a few to many times at keystone, so ill stick to the groomers there for now.

Breck has been nice but it does take way to long to get around.  nice to visit but I wouldn't want to live there.

WHAT! ok i need to come out and say this. I personally think that keystones park crew is better. at keystone when there is a rut in the jump onto a rail, they fix it in the first 5 minutes. when i go to breck i feel like they arent as on top of it as keystone is

i think you might be confusing the 2.. i've never seen breck not perfect... as for keystone well that is a completely different story they have bomb holes everywhere

Yeah, keystone is well known for having huge bombholes under any box or rail that is easy.

I'll back breck over keystone till the end

The breck pipe is between 2 and 4 degrees over vert. Copper's pipe is better, longer and steeper.

brecks freeway park opened this weeknd..with pretty big jumps..way bigger then keystone but keystone is still sicker

That is right, Keystone's park crew is just lazy potheads. Slipping a lip last like 2 hits, they actually need to rake it and fill in bombholes. Breck's park crew absolutely shits on Keystones, Does anyone know if Keystone is going to put up their american flag wall that have?

that's just what one of the park crew kids told me, but he did say the made a curved wallride. i don't think it was made out of the old wallride though because i'm pretty sure it was extremely warped
