I got some used urbans for $60 from my mate yesterday, they're scratches, and they came with bindings that I think are p12 jibs, they say "Pivot jib" on them and the dins go to 12, so I think that's them, is it? But anyway, they seem to work fine, but when I stick my foot in, the dont snap up fast, they come up slowly an sometime I have to pull the back up. he says they're supposed to do that, but just wanted somebody elses opinion
that happens on some of the older model rossi/look bindings, my dad has some pivot power 100's and that happens on his too, doesnt effect the performance at all but it makes it hard to put the ski on when you have snow in the boot, i have some last years scratch 120's but my foot goes in fine
when those bindings start to wear out, they do that. They should still release fine, but theyve just been used for awhile. If youre just using those for urban, youll be fine, jsut annoying for urban when you click on and off a lot.
