Skis=gone+me crying

Last sunday i left my invaders at my friends house. I was in a rush and left them in his porch. i laid them down, the tails were near some garbage cans. for the most part they were separate from the garbage. On tuesday the garbage man came and stole my skis. currently, the company is trying to say that they take skis all the time. shit like that. there is no way that they would be considered garbage. i had just mounted my new scratch 120's on them, never used. the skis were newly tuned and everything. not a scratch on the bindings. they do not look like garbage. so i was chilling with my friend yesterday and start to think, which skis am i gonna use tomorrow. lets go check them out. when i went to get my skis, they weren't there. it was the most devastating thing ever. i cried. they had been gone for a few days and no one noticed. so now i am either out all that money i just put into those bindings as well as skis. note i didn't buy the skis at least. someone gave them to me since they had an extra paitr taht were never used. kind of beat up but i had just gotten them fixed up. i never used them. this blows. i hate people that steal skis and i'm going to pin this guy.

i was in a rush and had no idea that the garbage man would come inside my friend's porch and take out his garbage. they weren't even really with the garbage. it was merely an excuse to say "oh well they were close so i had to make a call." he could get away with it and he knew that. thats why he didn't take the other fancy shit on the other side away from the garbage. he knew he could drag it out and get away with it. obviously he wouldn't take something far away because without a doubt that would be considered stealing fromt he start, this is giving him some room to live.

Quit making so many assumptions.  Just because you stuck your skis by the trash and they got taken out with the trash doesn't mean the guy was out to steal your stuff.  He was just doing his job;  if you have a problem you'll have to take it somewhere else.

I was implying that he shouldn't assume that the trash guy stole his skis.  That is just ridiculous to jump to that when you know absolutely nothing about what happened aside from the fact that your skis were next to the trash and got taken out.  If you really think throwing accusations out there will get you somewhere nobody's going to stop you, but if you actually want your skis back you just might have to actually do something about it.

dude i doubt the garbage man wanted your invaders. if anything he might've throw them away becuase he found it hilarious that someone left skis with the trash. and you said the skis themselves were beat up... maybe they just looked like trash, invaders to have a tendancy to do that.

Man that really sucks, my poles got stolen at whistler last year they were good poles too not shitty ones, and it was perfectly locked....fucking bastards.
One thing you should know though is....NEVER NEVER put valuables out of sight or outdoors where other ppl have easy access to it, guess we all learn our lessons the hard way lol

why are you even leaving your skis near any kind of garbage, and don't just assume that he stole them, maybe he thought they were garbage and did in fact throw them in the garbage truck, cause after all, that is what garbage men do.

yeah but dude your talking about somthing that was your fault. you cant go blaming someone else for a mistake you made. you left them by the trash... plus you dont even know if the trashman took them. it could have just been any other person walking by that saw skis on the porch and took them.
