alright I lived out in PC last year and i was able to watch and sometimes ride with Tosh and Max peters (through friends of friends ya know) anyways a friend of mine thinks that they are way to overrated and people in minnesota are way better than them , specifically the people who ride at hyland. i dont no who those people are or who he is refferring to. the point is i was just curious on what you guys think on this subject. Are they overrated and are there people here that could kick there asses? and im talking about people who live here currently not who have lived here
all the good people leave because there isnt a future in skiing in the midwest(well you cant get the exposure that you need to make money from skiing) thats why all the best MW riders head west.
^ claimer.
And I'll admit, the midwest has some talent. My roommates and I are all from super small mountains, and just moved out here to PC, and yes, shred with all the clowns you see in movies and shit. We can generally hold our own in the parks. I'm sure it's a little different at photo shoots and huge events, but just on an everyday basis the midwest/east kids slay.
