after everytime i do my sac gets super ichy . like every 2 seconds i have to put my hand down there to settle the problem. this is unbearable when having to sit with family or friends or at school

i just sat through a 3 hour symphony with my dad that he makes me go with him every year i was about to stand up and scream i couldnt take it anymore. There was people on every side of me and everyone was silent didnt move. At first i tried to do quick adjustments under the program-brochure thing but that seemed awkward so i went for the pocket technique but couldnt really satify the horrible itch so i just got up in the middle of ALto's solo and ran for the door
