I was just going to post on thread on this.
After skiing a few runs in the park, I was told that I needed a 'park pass'. Fine, but the ticket booth could of told me that BEFORE I got on the hill.
I go in to get one, and there video presentation isn't working and they can't give me a 'park pass'. I get my pass refunded, but she couldn't refund 2 hours WASTED on driving, getting ready, trying to ski and driving back plus $10 for gas.
What a waste of time and gas. Poor execution on their part. I've never had this problem at Lake Louise and their park is twice as deadly.
it shouldnt be a test on your jumping abilitys. maybe just do a straight air or somthing. but you should get the whole speach on importnat stuff. all they told me was "wear a helmet and dont do anything your not comfortable with" they should be telling the kids like not to go near stuff unless they are hitting it. (dont jump off rail takeoffs) and like usefull stuff like not stopping in the pipe and not skiing on landings.
and if they see you doing shit like that it should be zero tolerance. they shuld be forced to return to the top park
