So I'm looking at getting into photography at a somewhat cheap price (trying to stay under $300.) I plan on doing this by going 35mm instead of digital. I have been looking at some cameras here and there and basically what I am down to right now is a Canon Elan II with a 28-105mm F4/5.6 Tamron lense for $124 or a Nikon N80 with a 28-90mm F/3.5-5.6 Sigma lense for $175. I really know very little about cameras at this time but am trying to learn as much as I possibly can. If any of you out there could tell me the differences between the bodies and the lenses that would be great. Also is there any other cameras I should be looking at in this price range? I plan on shooting a variety of things but mostly landscape shots and of course skiing. Thanks for the help.
