my friend gave me his old salomon 1080's, and i was wondering if i could just ajust the bindings from his 28.5 boot to my 28 boot. my boot is a lange his is a nordic, and when i step into the binding there is a slight wiggle from side to side i was wondering if i could ski them like that even? they r salomon s910s somthing like that. please help me.
nah you gotta adjust foward pressure a little bit. i wouldn't ski on them as is, but it'll take a shop about 5 seconds, half cm isn't that big of deal to adjust.
you can even do it yourself theres this like little thing under the back of the binding that you lift up with like a screwdriver or sometihng and then you can just move it up a slot
use the searchbar and search adjusting sally bindings or somethin like that, but like the guy said above dont ski as is. and a sallys are different and the forward pressure isnt the only way to do it, there is a little tab in teh back if it has to be adjusted a couple mm
Read everything about how to correctly adjust your specific binding model and do it yourself. It shouldn't be hard to understand how to do it right. My shop charges $15 for something this and it can be correctly done in less than 3 minutes.
