I noticed alot of you have those icons from badassbuddy.com and i tried to get one by right clicking on the icon and getting the properties, and getting the URL of the icon (which is gif) but when i put it into NS it doesnt accept it. It says it has to be gif format, but it is. How do you do it?

Save it to your computer. Plus, gif sucks, jpg is the way to go.
