He is able to talk and the hemeridge (spelling is definately wrong) should go down on its own. He can move all of his body now and seems to be getting better (extremely relative term). Keep praying for a full recovery.

okay im sorry if i sound sorta dumb but was it really that bad? i first got the impression that he was going to never be able to walk or something bad like that, but he is walking fine and all so i guess not

that jump should have never been opened. the thing was so shitty, you had to skate into the thing just to clear it, and the landing was super short, i was waiting (but hoping noone would) for someone to overshoot it. It's just bad that he overshot it by that much. I really hope he gets better quick because he was not good when they took him off the hill.

everyone out there should wear a helmet even if you arn't in a competition, it just makes sence.
